Your core is the most important area to strengthen. Think about your daily routines. Perhaps you are carrying groceries, swinging your kids around, doing dishes, sitting at your desk, or playing volleyball at the beach- you use your core for everything. Once your core is strong, the rest of your body will follow. Team AOF trains mainly outdoors, with nature, and uses minimal equipment. As you grow stronger, workouts will become easier but, they will never get easy- the workouts are known to be fun and definitely not boring. My job is to challenge you at every fitness level. Each challenging workout will reward you with a feeling of pride and accomplishment. Your mind is the leader and your body will follow. 

Change will occur in all areas of your life as you begin to put YOU first and build your new healthy lifestyle.
